Running, jogging, and other strenuous practices are necessary to motivate the body and eliminate health complications.

The manner in which one feeds should be checked. You need a diet which will be instrumental in your healing and recuperation. When you fail to observe the recommended diet, then you might create more complications for yourself and affect your healing process. Some people tend to give up when they see the system not working and feed anyhow, which is wrong and must be avoided.
